The school has a very warm and productive relationship with Strathfield Rotary especially through the youth mentor Mr Peter Smith.

White Ribbon Day BoysWhite Ribbon Oath: never to commit, excuse or remain silent about violence against women.

Homebush Boys High School is committed to ensuring that schools remain safe places for students to learn and teachers to teach.  The school is also determined to prevent violent behaviour by any member of the school community.  Countering violence against women is consistent with the school’s endeavours to ensure that Homebush Boys High School is a safe and harmonious environment and to enhance a school culture of co-operation, tolerance and acceptance for all.  White Ribbon Day is a significant event at Homebush Boys High School and within the community.

Vale Phillip Hughes. The Homebush BHS community is mourning the tragic loss of Bushie Boy Phillip Hughes. Phillip passed away after an accident on Tuesday playing cricket for South Australia against NSW at the SCG.
