Healthy and supportive school programs contribute to the health and wellbeing of children.  Students miss breakfast for a variety of social and economic reasons, but the result is always the same:  a lack of energy and concentration in the classrooms, leading to a less than optimum performance; nutrition and health issues.

In a commitment to making a positive difference, Homebush Boys High School, has recently established the ‘The Breakfast Club’ Program.  This program gives high school students, in areas of greatest need, a filling and healthy breakfast, to get them through the day.  It fuels the body for the rest of the day, ensuring that students can learn to the best of their ability in class.
