The female staff at Homebush Boys High School were presented with a special morning tea on Wednesday 8th March, courtesy of Mr Saber and his Year 10 Food Technology class. This was a surprise gesture in recognition for the contribution made by all female staff to the academic and wellbeing needs of all students. The following is a response by the Relieving Deputy Principal to Mr Saber acknowledging his efforts on International Women’s Day.

Dear Mr Saber,

On behalf of all the women who work at HBHS, I would like to extend a HUGE thank you to you and your Year 10 class for providing such a beautifully presented and delicious morning tea. A true credit to you and the leadership you constantly provide for these students.

The ladies enjoyed this special treat on such an important date to make the significance women have made in our lives and in the workforce. It meant a lot to me as I'm sure it did for all other female staff.
